| Withdrawal of resolution 8(b) from Notice of AGM |
Resolution 8(b) will not be put to the vote at the AGM and any votes submitted on resolution 8(b) will be disregarded. Voting/Proxy Forms submitted remain valid in all other respects, including voting on other resolutions to be considered at the meeting. No action is required to be taken by shareholders. The withdrawal does not affect the other resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting. |
