PEXA shortlisted for best CX transformation at CX Awards 2025

PEXA Group Limited has announced it has been named a finalist in the “Best CX Transformation” category at the 7th annual CX Awards 2025 hosted by Ashton Media.
The CX Awards celebrate excellence in customer experience across Australia and New Zealand, as judged by an esteemed panel of industry experts.
PEXA’s nomination recognises the company’s comprehensive strategy to transform its approach to customer experience over the past two years. Key initiatives included implementing an actionable Voice of Customer program, comprising of expanded customer listening sources, using advanced analytics to identify customer pain points and embedding these insights into PEXA’s employee training and product development cycles.
A key part of this transformation has been PEXA’s partnership with InMoment, leveraging its advanced customer insights platform to drive meaningful action from feedback and enhance overall experience outcomes.
