At PEXA, we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the tech industry. In line with this commitment, we are proud to introduce the She’s an Emerging Engineer (SHEE) Program. This initiative, in partnership with Holberton School, aims to support and empower women to build successful careers in software development.
Program Highlights
Paid scholarship
Participants will receive a scholarship to study full time at Holberton School, renowned for its hands-on approach to software engineering education.
Permanent role at PEXA
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be invited to interview for a permanent position within PEXA, contributing to our innovative projects and initiatives.
Earn while you learn
Participants will receive a salary throughout the learning period, ensuring financial stability as they transition into their new careers.
